Posted on February 10, 2011

I think we are ready to start our fan page creation. In order to create your page just visit this link and enter your log in information in the upper right hand corner.

After, you’ll be asked to choose a category for your Facebook page. You’ll also be asked to enter your page Name.

As people are looking to connect with other people on Facebook, it’s better to use your name not the name of your business.

Once you have created your Facebook fan page, you will need to add photos and information in order to make it a page that Facebook users will want to visit again and again.

Again, use your own photo rather than a logo or business graphic.

In the screenshot you’ll also notice a red arrow pointing to a +. When you click on the plus symbol you can add a new tab to your page. get started How to profit from Facebook Page Creation

You’ve already planned your page, so this step should be fairly straightforward. Simply add the tabs you’ve planned. You can play with the wording and the copy on the page. It’s all a draft and not “live” until you publish it.

To add a welcome tab, click on the plus symbol and search for “Welcome” in the drop down menu.

How to profit from Facebook – 2

Posted on February 2, 2011

I believe you’ve already brainstormed your Facebook fan page goals and you’re anxious to get started planning and creating your page. Wait, not so fast!

Before you create your page you have to be sure your audience is represented on Facebook. You want to make sure you’re planning and creating a page that will generate the profits you desire.

The best way to see if your audience is well represented on Facebook is to log on and start browsing. Search for friends by interest. Look at other pages that are relevant to your industry.

You can also go through the motions of creating a Facebook ad. You’ll be asked to choose demographics for your ad. This can show you how many people your ad might reach. This is likely your potential audience for your fan page as well. (In fact, later, once your page has been created, you can create an ad to promote your fan page.)

Take a few minutes to jot down who your audience is for your fan page. Then spend some time on Facebook making sure that they’re present and that your efforts will be profitable.

Once you’re comfortable to have an audience, it’s time to get into the fun stuff – planning your Facebook page.

What tabs do you want on your Facebook page?

You can create a number of tabs. Each one will be designed to help you achieve your goals.

For example, a Welcome tab is a common choice for any successful Facebook page. You can adjust your settings so that the first page anyone sees when they come to your Facebook page include:

  • Video
  • Opt In tab
  • Product tab
  • Questionnaire/Survey tab
  • Information tab

And so on. Here is an example of a Facebook page bar with tabs

eBay Auction Types

Posted on January 19, 2011

Over the years, eBay has introduced all sorts of different auction types, in an effort to give people more options when they buy and sell their things on eBay.

auction types 300x300 eBay Auction TypesFor every seller who doesn’t like the idea that their item might sell for a far lower price than they intend, there’s another who wants to shift hundreds of the same item quickly. eBay tries to cater to all tastes. This post gives you an overview of the different kinds of auctions and their advantages for you.

Normal Auctions.

A normal eBay auction is the most common type of auction. This is where an item is listed for a fixed period of time and buyers are invited to bid for it until the auction has ended. The winner of an eBay auction is the highest bidder when the bidding has closed. These are the bread-and-butter of eBay, the auctions everyone knows: buyers bid, others outbid them, they bid again, and the winner gets the item. Simple.

Reserve Auctions.

Reserve auctions are for sellers who don’t want their items to sell for less than a certain price – a concept you’ll know about if you’re familiar with real auctions. The process is the same as that for a normal eBay auction but the item is not sold to the winning bidder unless his offer has exceeded the pre-set reserve price. Many sellers who have valuable items, such as cars or antiques, will use the reserve eBay auction to ensure that they receive a reasonable price for their item. If the reserve eBay auction ends without the reserve having been met then the seller retains the item.

Happy New Year!!!

Posted on December 31, 2010

I originally planned to start the first day of this new year with “Happy New Year” greeting for my blog readers (Which I added in the title of this post) and a list of new products that will be released in the incoming year.

2011 300x240 Happy New Year!!!However, because there are some existing products that I have to update, the planning and development process of new products is much slower than before.

Currently, there are 1 new product that is in development process and another one that is still in ‘planned’ status and I still don’t know whether it’s  going to be created.

Here they are:

1 – eBay Bulletproof System and
2 – Start your eBusiness with Clickbank

If you already read my blog in the past, thank you. I couldn’t have done it without you. The fact that my posts actually get read is what made me keep going. As for next year, I hope you’ll encourage me with comments and likes, and good will along the way.

Thanks again for reading.

And with that,  I’d like to say Happy New Year to all my followers on Twitter.  New readers and return readers. Happy New Year to everyone!

Why can’t you succeed online?

Posted on December 12, 2010

Why can’t you succeed? I know the answer. If you want to succeed online, you have to do something. Doing something and failing is a lot better than doing nothing. If you make a mistake you will be able to learn and improve on your efforts. If you do nothing you will never have the benefit of hindsight and will not be able to improve on anything  and you will always be at the starting point. People are scared to make mistakes but making a mistake is not failing -  it’s the start to success!

take action 300x150 Why can’t you succeed online?I admit, I don’t know everything about ebusiness. But I am sharing with you some tips I’ve picked up on my e-way. In my eBay posts you can find a proven technique that have not only worked for me but for most successful eBay powersellers as well.

Well I hope you can use these posts to jump start your eBusiness. Remember No Matter what you do, DO SOMETHING. Because learning from your mistakes is so much better than sitting on the side lines reading about everyone else succeeding online.

In addition I’d  like you to know “Failures are nothing but temporary defeat, you only really fail when you give up.” – Napoleon Hill.

REMEMBER “DO SOMETHING – TAKE ACTION TODAY!”

This post is a call to action. It doesn’t mean the eBay post series are finished – this is the end of one, most simple and successfull eBay strategy. I’ll continue posts on eBay topic, so be tuned on.

Word of Mouth Method

Posted on November 4, 2010

Over the years, one form of promotion has always been more effective than any other: Word Of Mouth.  So what if you took that “old-school”, traditional method of promotion, and combined it with the power of today’s Web 2.0 Social Media sites?  To answer that question, allow me to introduce you to the Word Of Mouth Method.

44444 267x300 Word of Mouth Method The Word Of Mouth Method was released a couple of weeks ago. So all the information in this guide is new and fresh.  Within this report is the secret for using practical common sense AND social marketing to get traffic to your sites, to build a massive following while growing your lists, and to establish your brand identity within your niche market.

Without giving too much away, the author takes you through an outline of today’s Social Media landscape.  He then spends the biggest portion of the report unveiling his step-by-step method for getting the “word of mouth” out there fast.  You will know exactly what content your niche is craving, and give it to them!  You will learn each step involved in massively syndicating your content.

To make the Word Of Mouth Method work, the author ties it all together with:

*How to Build Huge Lists!
*How to “Get Social”!
*How to use Proper “Social Media Etiquette”!
*How to Stop Wasting Time!
*A Huge List of Proven and Trusted Resources so you can get started right away!

Ok, so here’s what this course IS NOT.  This course is not a “Get Rich Quick” scheme designed to make you thousands of dollars by the time you are finished reading it (you know the ones)!  This course is not intended to be a comprehensive course on internet marketing, keyword research, affiliate marketing, blogging, bookmarking, content syndication, link building, niche marketing, etc.  There are more than ample resources readily available to address those topics individually.

This digital course is designed for Internet Marketers to build strong social relationships within their niche.  It outlines a step-by-step method for connecting with your niche, and how to develop those connections into profitable relationships both now and in the future.

Happy Halloween!

Posted on October 31, 2010

I guess all of you know what is Halloween and there is no need to explain that Halloween, or Hallowe’en, is a holiday celebrated on the night of October 31.

Halloween activities include trick-or-treating, ghost tours, bonfires, costume parties, visiting “haunted houses”, reading scary stories, watching horror movies and of course carving pumpkins.

Working eBay Business Model (Part – 7)

Posted on October 2, 2010

In this post we are going to talk about importance of Re-Listing & Re-building. You have to get your listing right first time around, it is in your primary interest. Because the more often you re-list it without changing  the higher it will rank on eBay’s “Best Match” algorithm system.

The “Best Match” system is eBays default search setting on their live auctions. It is the system that orders what page and what position your listing will appear when a customer searches. To inusre that you stay on top there are a few things you can do.

First of all the system favours eBay sellers that offer worldwide postage, some sort of money back returns policy, and a 30day listing period. So when you are actually writing your listing be sure that you include these elements.

Another important factor for ranking high, is your “Recent Sales History”. Every time your item sell it is record in a recent sales history. When your listing comes to an end and you have sold a load of products you will want to immediately re-list the item. However be aware that if you change any of the elements of this listing you will wipe your “Recent Sales History” so try not to touch it if you can.

The next and final step of this entire system is just to literally go back to the beginning and re-build the system all over again with a new product. To make some serious money on eBay you can just settle for selling one  product you need several sets of income streams to make this business work. That is the secret to this business, re-build the system as many times as you can while constantly re-listing your items and I guarantee you will reap the benefits.

All the above steps are EXACTLY the ones most eBay Powersellers use to continually make thousands  each month working just 2-3 hours a day. If you follow everything that I’ve detailed in these blog posts I assure you that you can do the same.
